A writeup from one of our students:
"During science we learnt about hearts and did a heart dissection. It was a very interesting lesson. We engaged with the doctors who showed us how to dissect the heart.
I liked how engaging the lesson was and learning so many new facts about the heart, like how there are small, stringy things that hold the heart together.
Fun fact about sheep: if they eat grass that’s cut too close to the soil and accidentally eat soil, there is a chance that they get infected with a disease that stays dormant in the soil for years and years. Their brains can get too big for their skull and can explode!"
