Patisserie week

Charlotte, Daniel and Oscar made chocolate truffles for the RBH CCHS bake off! They combined all the recipe ingredients together and expertly rolled them into small balls to make chocolate truffles. This was very tricky as the mixture was very sticky! Once rolled they were able to coat their truffles in coconut, cocoa and sprinkles. They tasted divine! Well done┬á­čśŐ
