Brompton Barfi Bake Off

Last week for the Brompton Bake Off, students learnt about desserts and sweets that are traditionally made and enjoyed during the festival of Diwali. The children and young people followed a simple recipe containing just four ingredients to make some coconut Barfi. They enjoyed choosing which food colouring to add to give their sweets a pop of colour. All of the sweets looked and smelt delicious.
