Thank You, Ashley – Inspiring the Chefs of Tomorrow

We would like to give a huge thank you to Ashley Marsh, a lecturer at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, who has been visiting our CCC school site for the past four years to deliver his inspirational cookery sessions.

Working as part of the Academy’s ‘Adopt a School’ programme, Ashley delivers monthly sessions with our students, focusing on topics such as healthy eating and nutrition, food provenance and identification, knife skills, hygiene and food safety, as well as practical cooking activities.

This helps our students develop their life skills in a relaxing and supportive environment, and we look forward to many more exciting sessions.
