Haroon wrote this amazing rhyming poem about dragons called I AM.
I AM
I’m a smart and kind guy who loves dragons.
I wonder how these menacing dragons create furious flames.
I see the sights of demanding dragons playing these games.
I hear the dragons breathing through their hoarse nose.
I want a dragon who releases fire that glows.
I’m a smart and kind guy who loves dragons.
I pretend I have wings so I can fly.
I feel the dragon’s liberty to breath fire.
I touch the dragon’s wings going higher and higher.
I worry about dragons being wanted.
I cry about dragon’s being hunted.
I’m a smart and kind guy who loves dragons.
I understand that in the end dragons aren’t real.
I believe dragons are still one of a kind.
I dream about dragons in my mind.
I try to be the dragon’s best friend.
I hope the best for them in the end.
I’m a smart and kind guy who loves dragons

Your descriptive poem makes me picture the dragons in my mind. I also like your repeating refrain 'I'm a smart and kind guy who likes dragons'. I like it because in your poem you do show your kindess, and you also have the wisdom of someone who knows they aren't real but still likes to imagine and believe.
I am going to read it to my class to see what they think!
