Harrods Garden Volunteering Day

A big thank you to the volunteers from Harrods who helped create an amazing wheelchair accessible garden for the children and young people at the Hospital School. The volunteers worked tirelessly cleaning, building and planting all day yesterday. They were all so generous in donating their time and effort and put so much thought into making a fabulous garden. They also kindly donated deck chairs and tables (completed with a pink umbrella) for the children. The day would not have been complete without a little celebration so we had a little party with the volunteers and a few children and staff from the Hospital School (with cake kindly provided by Harrods). It was a wonderful day and we can't wait to share the garden with all of the students at the Hospital School.

It was a wonderful opportunity to see the start of what will be a wonderful outdoor space and project for years to come.
The young people will benefit so much and a chance for the avid gardeners amongst the students to excersise their green fingers!
Wishing for a blooming and blossoming venture for many years to come.
Well done to the team.
