The Skye Boat Song

music.gifPupils recorded their version of the Skye Boat Song.
Hilmy (12) played the chimebars, Lee (13) played Xylophone and Tosin (14) played the bass notes on the keyboard. Helen sang and Martin played the melody on the keyboard

Not so Blues

music.gifWe are studying the Blues in KS3/4 music and pupils at Chelsea recorded this cheerful Blues which they called the Not so Blues.
Shayna and Rosemary played xylophone, Layla and Becky played keyboard and they were helped out by Jay on drums, Paul on ukulele and Martin on guitar.

Chelsea Blues

The Star of the County Down

This term in KS3/4 Music we have been exploring the Music of the British Isles. We recorded 2 versions of a traditional Irish tune called "The Star of the County Down". One was a vocal version and the other an instrumental, and then we mixed them together.
